We can take on events of all sizes with our set up and capabilities. We provide a simplified process where hats are made fast so that your guests are not standing in line for too long while the rest of your event is going on.

We offer a complimentary consultation to walk through your wants and needs and provide tailored recommendations. Our goal is to help you create an event that leaves a lasting impression.

Located in Downtown Nashville as an apparel and headwear company we understand the local trends for what is popular around town and will give you our suggestions and lead you in the direction to have an engaging event!

We also travel for events across the Country, so no matter where you're hosting, we can bring the experience to you!

Custom Hat Bar Guide

Event Details: Please provide us with the specifics of your event: Date, time, number of attendees, etc.

Design Options: Would you like to use your own designs, or would you need our assistance in creating them? We recommend having at least 3-5 max design options available.

Timeline: We kindly ask that all designs be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of the event to ensure adequate time for preparation. Express shipping is available if event falls within 4 weeks.

Color Variations: On the day of the event, depending on the total amount of hats, we will provide 8-12 color variations of hats unless you have specific color requests.

Payment: Once event and quote are approved we will send an invoice to begin organizing for your event!
